This is not at all bad when you think about consuming a large number of nutrients and vitamins, plus antioxidants, protein, omegas and fiber from acai itself. This means it is fine with having less appetite because the body anyway is getting lots of nutrients through the berry. This is the main reason how acai helps people with the weight loss.

Another side effect of this acai berry is that one has to consume loads of berries to really notice the decline in the appetite. But it is also good for someone wanting to increase weight as the acai contains many nutrients that help the body to easily build muscles.
So before consuming supplements, one should go through all of its good points and bad points.
